Let them know specifically what you don't like about your story. This is the part where you would want to mention:

1. Anything you find confusing. If you find it confusing, I can guarantee that someone else does too.

2. Boring parts that they can fix. If they tell you it's boring but important, you just have to deal with it being boring.

3. Parts where they could be more specific.

4. Places that you just didn't like. Make sure you tell the author why you don't like them.

Make sure they know what they can do better with their story or future ones.
