Once more I have to define Fire: It's a RAPID CHEMICAL REACTION fueled by heat, oxygen and combustible materials which occurs in many forms

"


In India/ Bharat fire is classified as

CLASS A

for common combustible material like wood, paper, cloth, and plastic's. Class A fire typically leave behind ash after burning.

This is common to UK, US and Australian classification of fires

CLASS B

Involves flammable liquids like gasoline, oil, grease or paint.  Class B fires releases thick black smoke.

This is common to UK, US and Australian classification of fires.

CLASS C

Involves flammable gases. Class C fires are more suspectable for flash-over if conditions are positive.

This is common to UK and Australian classification of fires, but according to US classification gases are classified under Class B.

CLASS D

Involves combustible metals like Lithium, Magnesium, Titanium, Sodium or Potassium.

This is common to UK, US and Australian classification of fires.

CLASS F

Involves cooking materials like protein 's.

This is common to UK and Australian classification of fires. But according to US classification cooking material s comes under CLASS K.


NO CLASS

for Indian and UK classification of fire which involves Electrical. For US ekectrical is placed under CLASS C and according to Australian classification electrical is placed under CLASS
