This is about a man who had a fish difciency.

‘A man was admitted to hospital with a fish deficiency which meant that had to be placed on a drip in which a fish was placed inside the drip bag on the drip stand. ‘By having the fish floating about in his drip it could go into his vein and once the man had fish swimming inside his body his health improved.
