Unexpected Inking

I must be going nuts! Especially since I don't like tattoo's. My body is not a canvas! How did it get there? I must have been drugged as I don't drink. I don't even go out very often, so someone must have got into my house without me noticing.
I am now terrified. If I now have a tattoo, what else could "they" do? Is it alien, is it fake, I have a compromised immune system so I know I will end up on medication as I have been told NO body piercings (which includes tattoos).
I search the house, hold my nose for a while breathing out of my mouth so my nose when relaeased can smell a change in the house's smell.
There, a whiff of something not normal, look at the cats, they are terrified, all mewing & sitting, standing & walking as close as they can to me - their Mother Cat.
The smell leads to the family bathroom - which I don't use since the children are grown up & are far away. I need to know what is going on. I open the bathroom door, and sitting in the bath is a congealed lump of something - I don't know what it is, but I can now feel something tampering in my mind. I shut the door, I go downstairs, I sit down & think. Who do I call? Police? Something is talking in my head, but it's not me. It's a sound, like nothing I have heard before - I need to understand so much but I don't understand anything. I am feeling sleepy - NO! I MUST STAY AWAKE! I grab my mug, get to the kitchen & make a strong black coffee - no sugar. I add cold water so I can literally pour it down my throat. I catch a glimpse of the red area on my left forearm where the black "writing/squiggle" is, It's not red anymore. I push up the sleeve - there is not a mark on my skin. There is no Tattoo there.
What the heck is going on?
