I laugh a lot with abandon. I am not afraid to cry but do not see it as effective a form of communication as well contemplated words spoken in unconditional love. I am very motivated in life & live each day as fully as I can following the direction put before me in my daily spiritual practice.
I want to make something clear: I come from humble beginnings. There is nothing more special about me than any other soul. We are all perfect in our individual ways.
I am playful by nature, can talk a lot or not at all.
Art was my first love; I still paint & write poetry.
I tend to study in depth anything that catches my attention; so I know a little about way too many things.
I promised my kids to do my share not to add to the rapid demise of this planet.... so I choose not to engage in activities that add to the already burgeoning environmental load.
Poetry is my way to express the unexpressable.... that which is beyond ordinary experience, that which keeps me moving ever more deeply within.
