Reading and Deliberating

Details

Incorporate one or more of the following themes into an original, previously unpublished work of prose, nonfiction, or poetry. It can be anything � from a character whispering �David Hasselhoff,� � la �rosebud� in Citizen Kane, to incorporating themes evoked by the following images: the sky is the limit the ground is your enemy and so forth:

1) Summer
2) Dynamite fishing
3) Pantomime horse
4) Burnt toast
5) David Hasselhoff

Submissions will be accepted through the end of June. Five winners will be chosen (2 fiction, 2 poetry, 1 nonfiction) and ranked. The winning pieces will be featured in the Summer 2008 issue of So Many Lemons literary magazine.
