Top winners will be featured in a Video-as-Art /Shortshortfilm
piece comprised of cinematography by Samuel Beam, Voice over (TBD) by Sherman Koltz/ Cary Ayers/Alexandra T. Reiloff and scored by Tobias H. Reese.
