Details

Objective: To encourage and recognize outstanding writing talent, while celebrating the art of creative expression.


Contest Categories:


1. Poetry
2. Short Story (Fiction)
3. Personal Essay/ Memoir


Eligibility:


- Open to writers of all ages and skill levels
- Submissions must be original, unpublished work


Submission Guidelines:


- Poetry: Up to 3 poems, max 500 words total
- Short Story: 1 story, max 2,500 words
- Personal Essay/Memoir: 1 essay, max 2,500 words
- Submissions should be typed, double-spaced, and in a clear font
- Include a cover page with name, contact information, and category


Judging Criteria:


- Creativity and originality
- Writing style and technique
- Emotional resonance and impact
