in my opinion it is a great write. I could get a feel for you characters and picture them in my mind. I think you should have won but sometimes in contest like that their is fierce competition. It has been awhile since I have had time to sit and read stories but I have today and I am glad i have read this one. I have a couple new poems up that I wrote with Sean M Adams and two really good ones on my own. One is called Desert Rose and the other is Moonlight Desert Dream. Bleeding Heart was written with Sean and The Urging Call and Haunted Memory. Those are horror style not my typical writes but they turned out awesome.
