A native of the Los Angeles area, Carissa loves Jesus above all else. Her hobbies include poetry writing, betta fish keeping, excessive reading binges between semesters, hiking, and occasionally writing fiction, when she's in the mood, and not too stressed. She sometimes refers to herself in the third person when she's trying to sound professional. She sometimes comments on this tendency when she's trying to be funny.
