77 year-old retired US Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant (E7). Widowed w/3 grown children and a platoon-full of grandkids. Vietnam Vet. Has written a YA Christian novel where the protagonists and antagonists are animals; takes place during the life of Jesus(unpublished). Have written three (3) short stories, one of which won honorable Mention in WD Magazine. I am in the process of writing a Historical novel that takes place in Mexico, Texas, and NM (now at 119 pages).
