About Me
I teach special education in southern Ohio. I have taght in public education for the last 14 years. I am married with two daughters. I have been visually impaired all of my life, with the onset worsening my condition at about age 22. I haven't been able to read books or novels until recently, after getting help from the folks at Ohio State University Low Vision Center. Once again, I can enjoy reading. In fact, I have just recently published my first novel, Righteous Intent. I wanted to write and publish a novel in part as therapy for my visual impairment. Overall, I think my endeavor was succesful. I also play guitar, mainly rock, metal, and blues. I like playing video games, as long as I have a big screen. I enjoy going to moves, mainly sci-fi, horror, thriller, comedy, and some drama. I will watch chick flicks with my wife, and honestly, I like those as well. I enjly teaching and my work is rewarding, but I love to write whenever I can. The road to being published is a long and hard one to ttravel. Mostly, I enjoy watching my daughters play sports. I love watching their games. I was never much into sports until my daughters became good athletes. For now, I have a lot of books to catch up on, if only summer wasn't so short.
