Cheryl Boutin

I'm working on a couple novels and have a collection of poetry. My novels are probably what would be termed chick lit since they focus on women and the intricate bonds between the feminine species. I love nature and my poetry reflects a spiritual view of the world through it.

I was born in Palmer, Massachusetts but now live in Florida. I still consider myself a yankee because I can't take summer in Florida and spend summer in New England. I attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst for my English major.

I'm reading a book entitled "The portable MFA". Hopefully, I won't haveto go to grad school to prove I can write. I have never tried to become published yet, but I've decided its time to try.
