I am an artist trapped in the career trajectory of a social scientist.

Archaeologist, filmmaker, writer...not always in that order.

I write fiction, essays, and occasionally poetry... whatever strikes my fancy, really.

My more fantastic work asks questions that anthropologists, sociologists, historians, and archaeologists have raised such as representation, identity formation, cultural values, etc. of non-human societies.
