I'm a management major but I think i'm more interested in literature and arts and humanities. when i'm in a class my head is filled with poems and works of arts like the Starry Night, Guernica, and the Pieta.

My favorite to cook every time never fail. is Chicken cordon blu'. i dont use blue cheese though. yuck. so i use swiss. little trick of the trade. but i love to cook all the time im just a little out of swing. cuase i havnt been cooking often at all in the last two yrs. how about your self?
