I never want to release anything into the world until it is perfect, but life is not perfect and neither am I.

I am too smart to be your prey. I will not succumb to your flattery.

Cover my face, so they don't see. Give them no excuse to hurt me.

An unstable mind and a pure heart

My heart cries perpetual salty tears.

Beat me and then tell me that I'm ok.

My hands are stretched up in praise. I am so high I can hear God speak.

Maybe out of the greatest blunders I have made in my life..I will create a masterpiece.

The weight that sits on my chest feels like the weight of the universe and is so heavy that it crushes my bones and makes my heart bleed.
