About Me

I'm Amanda.

I love music. A lot.

I'm shy.

I always give my heart uncritically to
those that hardly think about me in return.

But that's all about to change soon.

I don't plan anything.

Most of the time.

I see people for who they are.

I'll try almost anything once.

WHAT I BELIEVE: I believe there is beauty inside of everything and everyone. What I believe is simple, pure equality. Ugliness or perfection doesn't exist. Just because you don't find somebody attractive, or they don't reflect what the media shows us "beauty" is, doesn't mean it's ugly. A serious burns victim, he's been defaced with the burns, would you consider being his friend or more than that? I highly doubt it. Maybe he's a beautiful person inside. Nobody thinks about that do they. If somebody has cancer, or is anorexic, doesn't make somebody less than amazing, the parents and friends of that person still find them beautiful, why can't you? You could be Catholic, Christian, Muslim, Bhuddist,Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, etc. You could be short, tall, big, small, short sighted, long sighted, normalsighted, black, white, mixed race, brunette, blonde, red-head, NOTHING gives ANYBODY the right to call anybody else unattractive, no matter what. When somebody points out your flaws, look at them, and remember how low they are, and how stupid they're acting. Those flaws are beauty to somebody else. So laugh. It doesn't matter if you're the most outrageous person, or the most average, you're amazing. And somewhere out there, right now, lives the person who will love you for the rest of your life, and friends who will stick by your side forever.

My opinions don't change around different people.

If someone doesn't like me,
it's because they don't know me.

I try to be nice to everyone.

I'm really openminded.

I'm really optimistic.

I'm a really good listener.

I am fascinated by astrology for some reason.

I love seafood.

I love going to Waffle House at 3 in the morning.

You can give me a present on June 15th.

I wish I could have lived in the 60s and 70s, because I
believe that was the most brilliant period of time for music.

I like to walk on railroads.

I'm obsessed with Nick at Nite &
America's Funniest Home Videos.

I love animals and little kids.

I could stare at stars all night, because just the
idea of anything beyond our own universe is
out of my range of imagination or thought.

I beleive that living today like it will be
gone tomorrow is the truest and only way to live.

Hard times will come in everyone's life, it's
just a matter of how you choose to get through them.

I have a weakness for wanting to help everyone in need.

I'm afraid of rollercoasters.

I'm really self-consicious.

I play piano.

Self-taught.

I am learning acoustic guitar.

I do online school. [VCS] [senior]

I love to cuddle.

I have Insomnia.

I'm naturally in a better mood at night.

I am constantly searching for new music.

I believe that music is the most
powerful natural healer in the world.

I am making some big changes in my life right now,
in an attempt to find out who I really am.

I've been hurt enough times now by people
I love to know that I can take anything.

I'm ready to take anything.

Dating is stupid, unless it's with someone who's worth it.
But you usually don't know if they are until it's too late.

It's close to impossible to trust anyone anymore.

I hate being lied to. Who doesn't?

Love is misleading 99% of the time.

But I'm always willing to take my chances.
