Antonio Alonzo

Born June 15, 1990 at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. Lived in Mandeville, LA until summer '08—now resides in Slidell, LA. Educated by the St. Tammany Parish school system. Made strenuous, obcessive efforts in the eighth grade to improve vocabulary. Began blog freshman year of high school to objectify complicated thoughts, predominantly on identity and the bigger picture. Began reading continuously sophomore year. Now a senior in (Mandeville) high school and New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts creative writing department. Strongest muses are novelty, the playful universe, and pharmaka. Most recent works display experimentation in verse and fascination with conceits.
