About MeBorn and raised in the backwoods of San Jose, C.J. began writing at the age of ten when she discovered a book containing the complete works of W.B. Yeats. Since then she began publishing poetry anonymously, and has written four books, influenced mostly by Percy Shelley, Gaiman, and that song "Phantom of the Opera," by Iron Maiden, She continues to thrive by "ideas in abundance." She currently resides in Menlo Park with her aloe plant, named Vera.
