Adderin A few of you have requested, is oil a lot better than fish oil? Well, I've accomplished just a little research with this, and I have not been unable to find this about it out. All oil is acquired from the same organization, no matter who you buy it from, only one company produces it. It contains both EPA and DHA. However the amount of DHA in a container of theirs is finished 5 times lower than inside the container of Omega 3/DHA supplements that I use.
