Hi fellow writers. Welcome to my creative dumping ground! I absolutely love to write, but do not consider myself a writer. It's a hobby I'm passionate about and use to comfort and cleanse my chaotic spirit and soul. I'm not looking to be published so I don't write with an audience in mind. I simply love writing and words; ideally my writing goes from the heart to the page.

And while passion for writing is powerful, music is IT for me, my first love. I feel an undying urge to have my first love and my writing work together, so I've enagaged in limited exploration of writing song lyrics. I find it a challenging transition and fear has taken control. I hope for some dialogue with song lyricists or those attempting to write lyrics, especially those who also do (or have done) poetic writing, free verse.

My surreal reality is to write a song that someone else performs and/or records; fame and recognition from the masses...I could care less. And public speaking or performance of any kind i is not natural and not my desire.

***As I stated above, I'm temporarily using this site as a dumping ground, of sorts. But if anyone would like to comment on my writing, I certainly welcome it. When/if I get my life in order, I hope to spend time interacting, especially by reading the works of others.
