About Me

I'm a father to 5, grandfather to 9, and have told stories to them all for about 20 years. I just recently began to put my stories in print. I live a quiet simple life in Statesville, NC with my wife Mary, who I've been happily married to for over 20 years. Being semi-retired now i hope to see all my stories in print as well as the poetry I write. My main interest is fantasy / adventure but I enjoy any good story. I hope my new venture into the world of writing allows me to meet and make many new friends along the way.

“Don’t be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality! If you can dream it, you can make it so!”
“I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece! I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk!”
“It doesn’t matter where you are, you are nowhere compared to where you can go!”

Tomorrow is our Canadian Thanksgiving so I will be celebrating it with my family but I want to say that I am specially thankful for is your friendship....In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out! It then bursts into flames by an encounter with another human being! We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit....Thank you! :)

Have a fabulous evening & a magical week ahead my friend!

Morning greetings
doesn't only mean saying Good Morning
It has a silent message saying
I remember you when I wake up!

Every morning u have two choices
Continue your sleep with Dreaming
Or
Wake up and Chase your Dreams
Choice is yours!
I chose to chase my dreams! :)
Have a fabulous day my poetic friend!

Thank you again for reviewing my poetry!
When you wrote that you thought of your kids & giving them space, made me smile because even thou this piece can be taken in so many directions I to thought at one point during this creation on how us as parents want our children to grow with the freedom to be just themselves, without the cramping styles of a parent! lol
So again thank you for your sweet review! :)
