About Me

I'm the President of my high schools Literary Club. This summer i went to New Orleans to help those nice folks out, had the time of my life and met the nicest people . I'm trying my best to improve my poetry while also playing soccer and trying to survive school. Love to read....alot.

One of my favorite books happens to be Interview with the Vampire, but only that book of Anne Rice's. Not because im a starving occult teen but because im dearly in love with description, i read her book thinking that one day i might be able to seemlessly conjure images, via writing, in such a way as she. She might not be the best of the best, but she was my muse and inspiration in the beginning.((p.s. i dont think im a vampire and i dont have a fear of light or garlic)).

As for the soccer bit, ive been playing for roughly 13 soccer years(=seasons), and i can play forward and mid-field, i can run a mean defense but i suck at sweeper. If i could do it, i would play goalie all day long but i broke my hands via "carpal tunnel" ((i know, only old people are supposed to get it but here i am)), and that dream died April 12th, 2004 freshman year. ::tear:: I HATE FLIPPIN' ITALY!!!! They play like girls, GERMANY SHOULD HAVE WON THE CUP and what can i say about the FRENCH, Nauty Nauty Zadane, made a fool of that Italian player...but getting kicked of the pitch in the middle of your retirement game.... What can be said...Nauty Nauty.
Dont even mention the USA to me because they need to learn how to score "REAL" goals. Brazil...almost killed my grandfather ((via heartattack)) , and i ask you...what happened?

When I was born the doctor took one look at my face .... turned me over and said. Look ... twins!

I started writing poetry seriously in high school, during Algebra class. I freakin' hated math, so I wrote instead. Of course, my Algebra grades reflected this, and I suck at math to this very day. But the time wasn't wated...I did very very well in my university creative writing/poetry composition classes. And I haven't found much use for math in my life that I couldn't deal with using a calculator, but the reading and writing skills I have used daily and professionally. So...I never really cared about my grades anyway...they were good enough to get me into college and law school, along with the high admissions tests scores.

The inspiriation will come just don't force it, you have to feel it. And you can put your old stuff on and get reviewed on those. Sometimes others feedback help you to get motivated into writing something new. Hope to see your work soon!

I totally agree with you about the Italian team, they should be on Broadway, not a soccerfield. What a bunch of actors.
