Isn't the ocean right next to Melbourne? lol

I understand though. I go to the beach over here maybe 4 times a year, and others who are landlocked tell me they would go to the beach everyday if they lived close to it, so I guess we all take our geography for granted.

Glad you liked "Proverbs from a Fisherman". Yeah, I got tired of my long-winded obscure pieces, so decided to write a short clear cut poem.

A lot of nautical tradition in Australia, I would imagine.
