The Outlaws' Song

I was born on the25th of May,1988-a sunny spring day meant to bring joy and happiness in my family. I grew up in Romania, took piano classes from the age of 7 to the age of 14. I wrote the first poem when i was in the 10th grade--it is called "Youth" and when i first showed it to my parents they both started crying:)):)). Then, my grandpa's passing away found me with a strong need of expressing my feelings--and i started to write again. Of course, the support and encouragement i received from my best friend counted a lot.
Now i attend 2 different colleges. I study Sociology and Social Maintenance. My biggest dream is to build and run my own orphanage.I have a special love and affection for children because i know that childhood is the best period of life and each kid should enjoy it as much as possible. I'd also love to travel to Africa and meet my heroes.
Becoming a published author is not one of my priorities but it is something that would make me extremely proud and happy.

The reason why i call myself The Outlaws' Song is that my real name, Doina, is a Romanian musical tune style, having its roots in the music-laments of the Romanian shepherds.A regional style of doina is the doina of the outlaws--the outlaws' song:)
