Fernando Quijano III is on the 20-to-Life college plan, having attended Baltimore City Communty College, Maryland Institute College of Art, the University of Baltimore without receiving a degree from any of them. He has read his poetry citywide and has been published by The Melanin Chronicles and Welter. He hopes to have his novel, Forever, Lilith, published in the near future so he can live miserably-ever-after, but richer.
