I started writing when I was nine years old, I have always loved writing and reading. My mother, though she tried tirelessly, attempted to get me to put aside my passion for books and live in a horrid place that she calls reality. So when I got out of highschool and realized I had to figure out my life I said to myself, "Self," I said. "Is there a way that I can make a good living being a writer?" And myself replied, "We. Can. Try!!" Upon seeing this I met the most amazing man, the only person in my entire life who encouraged me to follow my dreams and honestly wanted me to reach for my imaginary stars. After he gave me my first nickname, Ducky, I knew I wanted to write him into my story forever. We have been engaged for 11 months now =) I am currently under construction to become a ASL interpreter, and you guessed it folks, a writer! We can usually be found adventuring through the woods with our two lovingly animated dogs or curled up with a book and far too much sugary tea.
