I'm an organic writer. No, I don't nibble veggies to the exclusion of yummy meatiness, I simply begin a sentence and--zoom--it's off to the races. Whatever happens, happens. Then, I edit the hell out of it and Voila--a story is born.
I am not drawn to a particular genre as a reader; good writing is my standard--and we all know what that is, right?
I'm 68, retired and I ride a bicycle about 5 miles to a Starbucks each and every day to write. . . something. . . anything.
