My real name is Alicia. I live on the east side of St. Louis.

I've grown to have a passion for spoken word. I started writing poetry at a very young age but never thought it was something to share. One day I shared.... and it seemed more understood than I expected.

I'm a member of Write the Future based out of New York City/Brooklyn. Also part of On My Own Records, in East St. Louis, IL.

On top of doing poetry, I am a manager for an insurance office, a graphic designer (Rhythms Design), and host a radio show (Urban Movement Radio) which is currently under construction.

I'm now 27 and a single parent. My life is my muse.

I'm obviously a very spiritual person. I can't say religious as much as spiritual. I like to educate myself with the information I feel needs to be known. The words I speak can either come across as crazy, or wisdom. Just depends who's listening.

I currently won STL's 2009 Poet of the Year. I have an album in the works being produced by Giovanni with Blaze 1 Entertainment. I am also working on self publishing a book which will be released with the album.

The number one question people ask me.... What race are you? For those who ask me this... my answer is simple... I am of the human race.
