hello Im hedra. Im one of the sponsors for the convention. Thus far we have kept the list to established writers at this site because it is being privately funded largely by 3 individuals and not the website. Thus expenses and veering from the original plan of an open site funded convention has dictated that we be aware of who is attending. Please share some work and be in dialog with one of the three sponsors before the convention. There are approximately 20 days left before we hold it and it would be good to become familiar with your writing before you are put on the guest list. Also I need to send you the fee info if this is to happen and for that I need to dialog with you.

thanks. Sorry to come across harsh the post that vince put up was set before we realized that the dough was on us. So it sounded a lot more open that it is in actuality. But we are happy to meet all sereous writers so if we can we'd like to get to know you before then and invite. fair? cool.
