I am hoping to write a book entitled "My Life As The Bride Of Christ."
Although I am a man I am still part of the body of Christ and part of his bride. I was purchased and am not my own. the Lord Jesus who died for my sins purchased me with his blood. Therefore I gladly take the role of both "soldier" for Christ and that of his "betrothed" virgin. Being a man is nice but being his bride means very much to me as well. More than my ego.
I hope people like my writing as I put this book together. I hope some learn about humility and being able to give one's life for his neighbor. In a sense giving up the "right" to be as a man at all times to please my Lord who purchased my soul.
May God bless.

The word of God has defined the church as the bride of Christ. All throughout the word of God from Genesis to revelation there are types and shadows, allegories and similitudes of Jesus Christ being the Husband and Head of his bride the church. The Lord spake parables often about the wedding feast and of virgins. All allegories of him and his bride. Most men find it hard to get past their male ego to liken themselves to a maid, betrothed, damsel, bride or virgin just as most women find it hard to put aside their pride and be in subjection unto their husbands. The Lord said in the first chapter of Acts that we would be witnesses unto him. How we live manifests what we believe in the word of God. I have gladly lowered myself to the likeness of a woman as my precious Lord condescended unto man in humility. If the Lord can humbly take the form of man I feel I can humble myself to write as a woman. I hope people like what I write. May God bless.
