(Crit needed!) Her mother always told her monsters weren't real. She was wrong.

She comes from the dark side of the sun to tell us morning has finally begun.

A big middle finger to all those people that made my life hell.

I see shadows lingering in the light, I see wonder, I see fear, beneath the night.

It's dark all around, there isn't a sound except for my hollow breathing.

Feelings come running back with only one gentle smile and a promise.

Until you recognize the feelings within, you can only wait for the day to being.

I want to stay in your arms, but I'm afraid I'll drown.

Pull me back from the nightmares beneath my memories.
