Sheri Haynes

I am 45 years old, and have been writing for a few years. I am highly critical of my writing and need others input to improve my writing .
I am currently working on two novels Ghost and Black Widower are both crime fiction which I love to write about.
I am married to a wonderful man for 23 years now, and I am a mother of two beautiful boys who are now grown. I work and write in my spare time. My dream is to become a published author and share my stories with everyone who loves to read, and to encourage those who don't to discover the magic in books.
Poetry allows me to express my views of the world around me and to let out my feelings. My crime novels come from my curiosity of how crimes are solved, but also what makes criminals tick. I am very curious about serial killers they are the greatest mystery of all.

My father wrote in a journal and painted in his spare time so I guess it runs in the family you could say. He gave me my first books to read when I was a little girl and encouraged me to discover the magic in a story that could take you to places you could never go and to have adventures that blew my mind and from then on I was hooked to books of all kinds.

The picture I put up looks alot like me, I do have short brown hair (with a touch of gray now) and I wear glasses much like those(because without them I am blind as a bat), that's pretty much it :)
