I am an International Bestselling Author of romance, but on here mainly publish poetry I write when the mood strikes. I started this account long before publishing my first book and am finding many things in my earlier works that I plan to revise as time goes on.

I have one poem that was published in 2010. You can find the poem in my writing here. It's titled "What Gives You the Right?"

I live in Texas with my husband and two children. I am a retired, award-winning hairstylist and cosmetologist. I loved to enter fantasy hair competitions where I could get inspiration for things I'd like to write about (and occasionally get paid the big bucks for my styles LOL).

Though I was born in Texas, I have not lived here all my life. I moved around a lot as a child and have lived all over the United States. This has been very fulfilling for me, as I have learned a lot, and it assists me in my writing more than I would have imagined as a child.

I wrote my First Poem when I was 11 years old. My mother (and a few teachers) recognized a talent in me and has always supported me in my pursuit of this dream.

Though I have no formal training, I enter poetry contests regularly and am a member of a writer's club.

Writing and hair are my two passions. I have been blessed enough to make a career out of both. I don't think I will ever stop writing.

I love to read as much as I love to write and almost always if I get a review of any sort, I will return the favor. So, fear not about wasting your words.... it will never happen with me =)
