I go back to therapy in 3 days. I hope this isn't too vague or confusing to help them have insight on a few things I struggle with.

Just something I thought of that describes how I feel.

I wrote this on a whim, to cheer up a friend I met through my job. Everyone should know they matter to someone. We never know what others go through.
