A story about a common malady that I originally thought was simply old age with just a touch of humor.

This was inspired by a young Marine who served two combat tours in Iraq I had the honor of meeting and becoming friends with just over a year ago.

Not truly a poem or an essay.

The poem was written by someone else. It is one I have kept since the first time I read it several years ago.
