I recently turned 50 this past Oct. I was a caregiver for my mother for over 20 years until this past Aug when she died from pancreatic cancer. Her absence from my life has been difficult because she was also my best friend.

I am also an artist. I love working with Acrylics. I have started exploring new media such as colored pencil ( cheaper? Yeah Right!) Watercolors, Pastels, Clay and working more on pencil sketching.

I have always made up stories in my head since as far back as I can remember. I am an only girl among three brothers. I was alone much of the time so I lived in my mind. I was also a Tomboy. Loved exploring, catching frogs on a rainy night and then letting them go. I used to catch lizards to. I like snakes and spiders.

The first time I was able to go online was with a WebTV. With this little devise you could create grad table art with audioscopes without a program. You just used code on a webpage or WebTV email signature. This is were I learned HTML and how to build websites without a program. We used to take pictures to Image Magick Online Studios and play with them to create a piece of digital art. I still have some of mine. I learned a lot on WebTV. It saddened me when I learned they discontinued the service in 2013. The Newsgroups were great on there too.

I love computers and building websites. HTML, CSS, JavaScript. I love the language. To me it's like magic to create websites with code.

I am now working with Corel Painter X3 and exploring Digital artwork. It is so much fun.
