"Lovers and madmen have such seething brains,
[...] The lunatic, the lover, and the poet Are of imagination all compact..."
THESEUS: A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM
Why, you've been a busy siren, fair lady Alexandria! Though your words are currently just for viewing... it makes me grateful that you are doing better... and that your light once more fills the darkened corners of the cafe...
Well, Hades fights against me as always... Trying to place etched letters and lines in comment on your brilliance, and the cursed site will not allow it. So I shall merely wish the fairest Alexandria a thousand lives of richest wonder... and some cake... with that frosting that tastes like the heavens...
"A man gives many question marks, however, a woman is a whole mystery." ~ Diana Stürm ... That thou art, fairest Alexandria. Wishing thee well... Thy knight of the coffee table... :)
Tis so wondrous to see thee here again, m'lady... Thou do'st belong in these shadowed hallways... singing thy siren songs of bliss... Happy golden tears from this dragon...
I once kept my poetry hidden from view for years and years. No one saw it, and I seldom looked upon it myself. Then it was found... and it was okay. Funny thing though, I wrote volumes during that time. All within my mind... and none of it survived.
Take care my young friend. When it is safe and time, bring your poems back. They are after all, a part of you, and like looking in the mirror, they reflect a you that you were.
