About Me
I am a long term writer, previously published mainstream and for a year now a published e-book author.
Born dyslexic in the days before the disability was recognised it took years to overcome. I was first published as a child after winning a writing competition through school, although my spelling was terrible (still can be, unless I keep a sharp look out on 'word' and spellcheck).
Initially I wrote poetry and short stories, then progressed to romantic sagas, children's fiction and astrology books.
Retirement has enabled me to concentrate more on writing although a great deal of my time is still devoted to my family. Now a grandmother, I still enjoy keeping fit - I walk six miles a day Monday to Friday most weeks.
