My name is Rosaria, Rosie for short :) I love to help people and want to be a teacher for children with special needs. This has been a passion of mine forever.

Some of my favorite things in life are my family, music, writing, and helping others. I was always the shy girl growing up and am still kind of shy but I do like to break out of my shell. I love to sing, and dance although I don’t feel I do ether well haha. Being able to combine my love of helping others with my love of writing is something I’m truly passionate about. I feel as if I can have people see me best through my words. I love being able to motivate and bring positive energy to others cause that’s how I like to view life. I love being able to look at the brighter side of ever situation. When I was young I was always bullied and never understood why. I would say, “If they only knew.” I would say that I want to help others that are going through what I am going through. I LOVED to volunteer at my school. This was my sanctuary and my passion all in one. I learned so much of myself in middle school. Though I was not the most confident girl at school, I loved what I got to do and it made me feel best. I hope to inspire other kids to always follow their dreams because when you believe hard enough and work toward your goals, anything is possible. It has made me so humble to work with the kids that I have and I would not be who I am without them… including the kids that would bully me, they have made a lasting impact on my life for the better as well. They helped me see my passion for helping and why I want to be a teacher for children with special needs (or a special education teacher). This is something I have been working for since I was little and I am happy to say that I got a start at my passion in middle school and am continuing on this dream now. People that have inspired me are my parents, family, friends, and teachers. Other people who have inspired me are people like David Archuleta. He has such a kind heart and gives his whole self in everything he does, and that’s what I like to do too. Whether it’s in a song or raising awareness he shares his heart and I only hope to do the same for others.
