E.A. Archer

I'm a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (International Studies BA, Arabic) and an officer in the United States Air Force (092T3/pilot). I was born and raised in southern Louisiana, about 40 minutes southwest of New Orleans. I have always enjoyed creative writing, but it was only until recently that I've devoted the time to develop my skills, particularly in the areas of free-verse poetry and fiction. My inspirations include Anis Mojgani, Andrea Gibson, Wendell Berry, Arthur Clarke, and Allen Ginsberg. My ultimate desire, beyond the possibility of getting published, is simply to share my writings with other writers, poets, thinkers, and dreamers.
