I am me. I write for me and I hope you can find something that you enjoy. I like to pretend to be a poet but my heart is laid down in my stories. I love to write. It's like breathing for me. When you read something I write, feel free to critique it how you want. I'm never one to worry about technicalities or rules.

For creative and personal purposes I have removed my book in progress "Undiagnosed" from my page. I know a few of you were excited about it and closely following the adventures of Claire and Eve, however, I feel for my own reasons I need to keep that one private. Thank you for all of your input on that story.
I live in downtown Grand Rapids. I have a wonderful apartment and I'm very happy here. I've done a multitude of different jobs mostly revolving around the restaurant industry and now I'm in mortgages. I live with my muse and beautiful girlfriend Jessica, and we just celebrated one year together. My love is writing. If I could find a way to do it full time I would. I'm "working" on 2 novels right now and I have ideas for about three more. There's just never enough time in the day. I have a ton of short stories poetry and and stream of consciousness writing and if ANYONE has any advice on how to get some of my stuff published I would love to hear from you. As you can see I've posted a lot of writings in one day. I've been holding on to this stuff and looking for somewhere to put it for a year for feedback so I feel pretty lucky to have found this site.
I've decided that I need to go back to school soon. I'm going to be an English major. Thanks for everyone's input, it's been very helpful.
Hi! Nice to see you, so long since I have. I was off this site for a year and miss so many faces, people who have left, glad you are here. Things are ok here. How are things with you?
When I was job hunting I was on Craigslist constantly, but I never ventured onto the forums. I accidentally went to one, and all it was was arguing, so I left quickly.
Wow, thanks for your review. It was a total ego-boost to be compared with the Great Colbert...I haven't got a chance to read it because hubby stole it after I brought it home. And explain the fucktard thing being a Craigslist thing...I'm intrigued. :)
Oh, a personal joke, no wonder no one could figure it out!!! That's cruel you know!! lol
So, I get an "E" for effort? : )
Excellent! And yes, this is how far behind I am in my Read Requests!!!!
Thanks for the brainteaser!
Peace,
Cat
Thanks for your review of Chapter One of "Tales of A College Grad Nothing." You probably know it's somewhat autobiographical, so I'm incompetent, too. I'm at jury duty right now, so hopefully I'll get to write the next chapter...
And it's good to hear from you! I feel like we haven't talked in forever (said with a valley girl voice. Totally.).
