As a kid in Brooklyn, New York, I enjoyed working with my dad. He was sort of an all-around handyman and trouble-shooter. So, especially during school breaks, I would tag along with him learning very basic stuff about residential properties.

When I was out on my own, no matter what I did for work, if it had nothing to do with property maintenance, refurbishment, or installations .... or if it was alien to some good, old fashioned yard work or other service trade, I never lasted.

My enthusiasm has always been, since childhood, for working in, on, and around property, and my compassion is eternally towards the people residing in the private residential sector of America ( whether they own or rent their homes).

Today, as an online home projects consultant, my related experiences have been taken to another level of service. In the literal sense of the word, I've worked for/with just about every sort of home dweller and residential contractor imaginable. I think these experiences have really prepared me to be part of this sort of endeavor.

Truly, it's only by the grace of God that I'm now in position to be of assistance to a lot more people .... all at once!
