Paul Grafton was born in a North Warwickshire town some where between William Shakespeare and Ozzy Ozbourne. He has lived and worked in various places on various continents but has now returned to the Midlands to be close to home.

When his band split he put down his guitar but kept hold of his pen and began to write. He gravitated toward the horror genre as a means of provoking well-rounded, likeable characters to see if they'll fight back.

He never has enough time to read, loves music, occasionally strums his guitar and enjoys suffering at the football.

He lives with his loving wife, has two daughters and a dog that looks like an ewok.
