About Me
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio in February of 1988. I grew up in three different states in three different time zones, and I can safely say that New England is the best of the three. :) I have been writing stories since I was old enough to complete a sentence with a capital letter and some form of puncuation. I won the Young Authors competition in the comedy genre in 7th grade and I was a runner up for the short story genre in 8th grade. I also won a scholarship from the Ubanek Levy Scholarship Fund of KLA-Tencor for my writing. I now attend one of the smallest liberal arts colleges in the nation, Colby-Sawyer College, in New London, New Hampshire. I am a History major, and I am minoring in both Theatre Arts and Writing for Publication. My inspirations range from John Steinbeck to my favorite contemporary author, Jonathan Safran Foer. Hope you all enjoy my work! :D
My name is really not Meg Thompson either. It's a great penname though. Gotta love the Irish!
