I chose this pic because it seems to fit where my writing is right now.
No longer "trying" to put this down just so or say that in such a way i'm happy to just see my little fingers moving.

I dropped out of school at 16 to "become a writer." heh. really.
Though there have been many dry spells i have stuck to it and
still look forward to sitting down and shouting at the keyboard.
I will review pieces i like and only those. Granted, one could argue that without any sort of education on the act of writing i have no right to an opinion and certainly no right to offer suggestions.
But i don't like that one much.

I am preparing to appear in court to gain custody of my two young children, because my ex-wife is mentally ill, and my children are in danger. I'm not writing at all right now, and don't know when i'll have the energy to.

Two weeks later: I have gone from single writer-type person to single father of two. I'm tired. Sleep now. Post stuff when i write it......

Two months later: I am looking to meet people who are in a situation like mine. Single, been writing for years, but no longer telling people that you are in fact, "a writer." Just happy to do it, when you have the time. Until the masterpiece is slapped together half-heartedly and thrown out the front window to mold, rot or simply blow away overnight. The sick thing about this... Understanding about my writing, or not writing, is that its the thing i should have done at the beginning. But, of course i never would have listened to that sort of clear, thoughtful reasoning. Which is why it's so funny.....
