As my slumber is perversed and

Insomniac dreams.
My open, dreaming, eyelids
Gazing at the fadin..

Somebody I knew died today,
I was told as I had been scrounging
For ingredients of a sandwich
In the refrigarator,
Passed away at 3 PM
Only yeste..

On empty hands
Scarred by a lack of nourishment
Placed in them.
Though cream, crop and cash
Stain my fingertips,
But that's all you give.

Routine patterns of folding
Symmetrical patterns of no nonsene.

This discolored rag
Means more to me

As I slip into unconciousness.

Since I smoked one cigarette too little,
