Dawn Marie Harris

I'm 35 years old. I've been writing poetry since about the age of 16. I've found it's the best way for me to express myself. Before I started writing poetry, I expressed myself in self-destructive ways such as cutting, suicide attempts, overdoses, etc.
I am married with 2 children. I have a 17 year old daughter and a 8 year old son. My daughter also enjoys writing poetry as a sense of self-expression. I love them both dearly.
I am obsessed with the paranormal, forensics, psychology and anything that tantalizes the mind. AND I am SOMEWHAT OBSESSED with eyes and lips. I truly believe that the eyes are the windows to the soul. You can tell so much about a person just by looking into their eyes.
