I am not unique. This is just how I speak.

I've always been a creative person, and I tend to bounce back and forth between which medium I'm going to use to express myself with. I'm really not much of a writer, but I have always enjoyed reading, and I know I always will. I started writing my story "The City" back in London, England when I was attending music school. I started it because I didn't want to watch tv, and I didn't have internet access and I'd already done as much practicing as I wanted to that day. So, I sat at my computer, and this story just came pouring out. Its still really really really unfinished, as I'm sure you can tell, however, I've got big plans for the story, which is quite exciting and frustrating at the same time.

I'm quite a musical person, especially when it comes to writing. I find it difficult to write if I don't fully surround myself with the mood I'm trying to create for my characters. So, dim the lights, find the scary or exciting or out right weird music and just absorb it all. I've even spent time just trying to scare myself, just for inspiration. After all, nothing is more frightening than the images our own imaginations project for us.

I find myself in the United States because of the band I'm in. I joined them in England, as we all attended the same music school. I wasn't sure if I should move to the US, but something inside me told me I had to do it, that I'd regret not moving and trying to make a real go of it. So here I am, originally from Canada, spent a year in London, now in the USA, rocking in a pretty kick a*s Rock band, writing a story where pretty everyone tends to die in pretty horrific ways!
