About Me

British Boy, 28 years old. I'm on the corporate ladder by day, looking for a creative outlet (and constructive feedback) by night! Depending on my mood my words tend to swing from uplifting to depressing. Suits my lifestyle though. I love to burn the candle at both ends, and would describe myself as upbeat, funny (with a dark sense of humour) dotted with a healthy dose of melancholy when I so choose. I am really into Florence & The Machine at the moment (great band) and enjoy an eclectic mix of indie, pop and anything else.

Thanks! Really appreciate the review too. Likewise; your work was some of the first stuff I read on the site (I only joined a few days ago) and I just read your piece on time running out which is cool, clever way of making it feel quicker as it goes along (which proves the point). Can't wait! Really enjoyed chapter 5. It's a great story you are building! Just a few minor points:

Wiping tears to replace whipping tears
Everyone to replace every one
Huh?” He asked surprised - would the character be more composed? Is Ash aloof or down to earth?
I'll just to replace ill just
home next week to replace hoe next week
rubbed to replace rued
company's to replace companies

"I just remembered something I needed to do. It was very nice meeting you." If Ash is aloof and mysterious, should it be something like "I have just remembered a prior engagement, accept my apologies but I'd better be going. It's been a pleasure"
